Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


* New Business Acquisition

Order booking

- To get RFQ from customer.

- To ensure submission of technical proposal from engineering

- To prepare costing for pricing

- To submit commercial proposal to customer

- To negotiate on price and finalize the business

- Receipt of LOI/PO from customer and release FO to all CFT to initiate the development

IN ORDER TO acquire more business nd increase future growth

- Product Cost control , Prepare R1toP2 cost document and escalate to engineering ,VD to reduce the cost element


* Maintain Business Profitability

Price indexation

- Monitor montly trends of commodity.

- Prepare the file and timely submission of indexation as per agreed period for respective customer

IN ORDER TO remain profitable in case of commodity fluctuations

- coordinate with Finance and submit Supplementary invoice on time.


* Customer Relationship Manager

-Customer visit as per the visit calender

- Timely response to customer

- Monitor and escalate all kind of customer issues to respective people

IN ORDER TO maintain good customer relation.


* Payment recovery

Payment collection and deduction analysis

- To monitor customer payment on time

- On time identification of invoices which are having issues to get payment

- On time deduction analysis and closure

IN ORDER TO get on time payment recovery


*Market analysis

Market Analysis

- Market analysis with respect to product cost, Market potential(New customer/Product),

- Competitor Analysis

- Market fluctuation analysis In order to measure, control the market share & Business performance


Desired Candidate Profile

B. E. / B. Tech with 2- 3 Years Exp.in Tier 1 Auto component Industry, Experience in similar Product Technology would be preferable
