Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Engineering

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Working experience in the field of Design and Development of BS6 Diesel and Gasoline Exhaust AFT products,
2. hands on experience of independently handled at least 2 Nos. Diesel Engine Hot End BS6 exhaust projects
3. Strong experience of design and development of sheet metal components,
4. Knowledge about welding types and welding processes,
5. Good knowledge about engineering material especially stainless steel and its grades required for hot end exhaust systems
6. Strong experience of independently handling of engineering projects as OEM customer front,
7. Experience of handling customer RFQ as design engineering front.
8. Working experience of preparation of engineering work proposal including RASIC Chart, and DVP
9. Knowledge of GD&T, Tolerance Stack-UP analysis and statistical Tolerance,
10. Knowledge of engineering change management,
11. Good in customer as well as cross functional team communication,
12. Ability to prepare Bill Of Material with detail engineering specification,
13. Ability to understand customer requirement and translate it to designer,
14. Experience of handling 4 to 5 design engineers team,
15. Awareness of CATIA V5 software,
16. Awareness of quality control tools like APQP, DFMEA
17. Excellent communication skills and desire to work in a team environment,

Note: Working Experience: 10 to 12 Years, At least 4 to 6 years in automotive exhaust system (Preferred)
