Assistant Manager – Manufacturing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Customer line focus

 -To make the production lines for manufacturing according to the given schedule.

 -To achieve all the set targets.

• Target to supplier

-Understand the project expectations and give the target to the suppliers and ensure that the
requirements are supplied in time.

• Costing of line

-Keep the final costing of line ready and choose the supplier accordingly. Also interact with
customer and set the price as per the targets.

• Budgetary cost of project

-Check the number of machines, robots and total costs associated with their functioning.

-Maintain the manpower for the projects.

• Customer quality result  

-Develop the lines to meet the customer Quality results

-Address issues and resolve the issues.

-Maintain the quality of projects and corrections in the line to maintain the quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• DME with experience of 9-14 years
• Competencies required-Design knowledge ,Product development, Product engineering.
