Roles and Responsibilities

Finished goods

- Define & establish the process to receive & store material

- Implement system for maintaining & reviewing accurate stock

- Establish processes to monitor & control inventory based on TOC

- First In First Out (FIFO)

- Adherence to industry standards & Management systems

IN ORDER TO feed the customer line as per requirements & TOC norms

Managemnt of Returnable and Regular Packaging Material
Packaging

- Monitoring packing design & costing

- Scheduling the supplier packing material

- Ensuring online packing without any damages

- Controlling packing cost within allocated limits

IN ORDER TO ensure that the material reaches the customer without any damages.

Dispatch

- Handle dispatch planning & controlling with optimum utilization of resources

- Undertaking Quality improvements with regards to logistics & transit damages

- Co-ordination & communication with transporters , Contractors & other outside agencies

- Set goals & targets for reduction in transportation cost

- IN ORDER TO improve customer satisfaction by reducing transit damages

Daily MIS

- Train & coach employees in the professional areas

- Review performance & provide feedback

- Craft the carreer growth of employees

IN ORDER TO increase the efficiency of employees

Inventory Management

- Control on Inventory variance by addressing daily issue with store logistics, & operations

- I nventory variance to be address by daily analysis & Ensure <0.7% variance at the end of each Quarter

- Drive Inventory process on each quarter end & lead team with proper guidance, conduct audit with finance & close process within stipulate time

- Inventory process to be carried out on each quarter, With all gap analysis

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Material/Supply Chain/Logistics Management with 6 - 8 Yrs of Exp.
