Sr. Executive/Executive HR (Recruiter)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing end to end recruitment
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Candidates must have experience in Sourcing from Job portals like Naukri, Linkedin etc Screen candidates/Calling
- Taking telephonic and preliminary interview.
- End to End follow-ups with the candidate
- Engaging with candidates/ offer management / pre-on boarding
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidate.
- Education :- MBA-HR
- Experience – 3 to 5 year
- Salary budget : 03 to 4 Lacs Per Annum
- Excellent Communication and Interaction skills.
- Preference – Female candidate from Manufacturing background.
