Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Daily MIS

- On time reporting with high level accuracy -on Scrap , Variable cost, Inventory report, STO Invoice Open, Gate Entry Open,
- Control on system Compliance Health check report by communicating it to all.

Inventory Management

- Control on Inventory variance by addressing daily issue with store logistics, & operations
- Inventory variance to be address by daily analysis & Ensure <0.7% variance at the end of each Quarter
- Drive Inventory process on each quarter end & lead team with proper guidance, conduct audit with finance & close process within stipulate time
- Inventory process to be carried out on each quarter, With all gap analysis


- Co-ordinate External & Internal Operational performance audit & made available all details as per Auditor requirement

Audit Management - Store

- Co-ordinate External & Internal Operational performance audit & made available all details as per Auditor requirement

Finished goods

- Define & establish the process to receive & store material
- Implement system for maintaining & reviewing accurate stock
- Establish processes to monitor & control inventory based on TOC
- First In First Out (FIFO)
- Adherence to industry standards & Management systems
IN ORDER TO feed the customer line as per requirements & TOC norms


- Handle dispatch planning & controlling with optimum utilization of resources
- Undertaking Quality improvements with regards to logistics & transit damages
- Co-ordination & communication with transporters , Contractors & other outside agencies
- Set goals & targets for reduction in transportation cost
- IN ORDER TO improve customer satisfaction by reducing transit damages


- Checking which product requires immediate attention according to the colour indicators (Black, red, yellow, green ) & norms set.
IN ORDER TO ensure replenishment as per the TOC buffer replenishment plan.

Desired Candidate Profile

DME /BE - Mechanical with 3 to 8 Years of Experience in Auto component industry,


UG:B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization,Diploma in Any Specialization
