About Us

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
-Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
-Generate demand for Primary & secondary sales 
-Identify new markets, workshops, retailers, and mechanics to expand product reach
Channel Partner Management

- Maintain the existing Distributors
- Recruit, onboard, and manage New distributors and Retailers.
- Regular meeting with Distributors/ Retailers/ Mechanic for new Scheme, performance, new order etc.
Field Activities
- Conduct mechanic meets, nukkad meet, retailer meets, van campaigns, and   product demos.
- Monitor & update to Corporate office competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market sentiment.
- Address queries, solve issues and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders: distributors, retailers, workshops, mechanics

Other Activities 
- Ensure proper forecasting of Primary & secondary sales tracking, and data reporting.
- Monitor collections, credit limits, and payment cycles.
- Participate in Marketing activities in market to generate lead & spread presence in the market
- Provide secondary sales data of competitors to analyse market trend & demand
- Maintain discipline & follow the policies of the company.

Qualification

B.com/BA /MBA / PGDBM (Sales & Marketing)

Experience

•8-9 Yrs

Additional Requirement

2-wheeler with driving license
