We design and manufactures advanced suspension solutions including air suspensions, rubber and bogie suspensions, lift axles, and parabolic springs for trucks, buses, tippers, and trailers. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop suspension systems (Air suspension, leaf spring suspension) for Bus applications
  • Perform CAD modeling and detailing using SolidWorks
  • Conduct design calculations, simulations, and support for FEA analysis for strength and durability
  • Collaborate with Customer Engineering, Service, Purchase teams
  • Work with suppliers for component development, validation, and cost optimization
  • Support prototype builds, testing, and validation (ride, handling, durability testing)
  • Analyze test & failure data and implement design improvements
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Manage engineering changes and documentation (BOM, drawings, design reports)
  • Support cost reduction and value engineering initiatives

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in mechanical engineering

Experience

•5–8 years of experience in automotive design (preferably in Chassis system aggregates of Buses or commercial vehicles)

  • Experience in Bus or heavy commercial vehicle development
  • Exposure to air suspension systems and ECAS (Electronically Controlled Air Suspension)
  • Knowledge of global automotive standards and regulations

Additional Requirement

  • Strong knowledge of suspension systems, vehicle dynamics, and chassis design
  • Proficiency in CAD software (Solid works preferred)
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes (forging, casting, fabrication)
  • Familiarity with testing standards and validation processes
