Key Responsibilities

A) Frequently Interact with OEM customer for Customer warranty concern, & closure of issues

B) Lead Zone team to fix customer issues fast, ensure end customer satisfaction, and improve processes within TAT Responsibility

C) Participate in New product development & ensure proper input during Validation of the product.

D) Ensure product awareness training in field

E) Capture competitor information through benchmarking.

F) Capture Emerging applications & New Product issues for all OEMs.

G) Ensure Retro activity, if initiated in specific zone.

H) Mange a team of 2-3 people

i) Attend field issues & closure. Monitor Service TAT ( Turn-Around-Time)

Qualification

•Any Grad/Any BE/Diploma

Experience

•8-12Yrs

Additional Requirement

Team leader, Travelling across West Zone ( Gujrat, Maharashtra & Madhya Pradesh)

Competencies
