Established on June 23, 2006, Tata AutoComp Hendrickson Suspensions Private Limited (THSL) represents a 50:50 joint venture between Tata AutoComp Systems and Hendrickson International. Utilizing Hendrickson International’s globally validated designs, THSL integrates these technologies with localized adaptations to meet the distinct operational requirements of Indian road and off-road conditions. Key Responsibilities

Warranty, Product improvement & field education

a. Warranty cost reduction and monitoring (in Rs.)
b. IPTV reduction & monitoring to achieve 100% ISR rating in warranty critria (In Nos.)
c. No of  Product improvement monitoring in the field after improvement implementation 
d. Responsible for raw dada monitoring of Warranty & field vehicle running status. 
e. No. of existing & new product education and training to Customer service team, Fleet customer & Dealer mechanics

BE / B Tech Mechanical

Experience

6-10 years
