Key Responsibilities

• Act as the system owner for TCU-related powertrain features.
• Define system architecture, interface strategies, and functional concepts.
• Develop system and interface requirements for AMT, AT, and DCT platforms.
• Lead vehicle-level integration and perform issue triaging and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate integration among multiple ECUs (EMS, ESP, IPC, GSL, actuators).
• Develop CAN/LIN communication matrices and DBC files.
• Conduct CAN analysis using Vector CANalyzer, CANoe, and ETAS INCA.
• Support UDS diagnostics, ECU flashing, and EOL testing.
• Drive DFMEA activities and ensure ISO 26262 functional safety compliance.
• Collaborate with global Tier-1 suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Power Electronics / Automotive Engineering

Experience

3+ years of experience in automotive system engineering or powertrain integration

Experience with OEM programs and global supplier coordination

Exposure to vehicle integration, EOL testing, and production release

• Powertrain system integration and TCU interface engineering
• System requirement engineering and architecture design
• ECU integration and multi-ECU coordination
• CAN/LIN communication and diagnostics (UDS)
• Tools: Vector CANalyzer, CANoe, ETAS INCA
• Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and DFMEA
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving
