Key Responsibilities

1.Hands on experience of programming and troubleshooting of Mitsubishi make PLC -FX and Q series.

2.Hands on experience of troubleshooting of  Mitsubishi make Servo drive and motor.-Mrje2,MR J4 ,MRJ5 and  MR JE SERIES.

3.Hands on experience of programming and troubleshooting of Mitsubishi make HMI - GT1000 Series, and GT 2500 series.

4.Having a programming and troubleshooting  knowledge of AC drive/motor.

5.Interfacing of RS 232,RS 485,USB,Ethernet communication protocol.

6.should maintain the maintenance records such as MTTR,MTBF,why why analysis, kaizens,action plan.

7.Taking care of plant and machine maintenance such as utility and assembly section-planning for PM, Breakdown maintenance, time based and condition-based maintenance to achieved the MTTR and MTBF.

8.Should have knowledge of manpower, spares management .

9.Handling and problem solving of plc based special purpose machines.

10.Should have knowledge of SAP -maintenance module.

11.should make daily, weekly and monthly maintenance records.

12.should have knowledge of mechanical system such as hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

13.should have knowledge  of TPM,Problem solving technique,5 s.

14.Well  versed with All electrical wiring, wiring diagram reading.

15.should have knowledge  of all mechanical and electrical utilities.

16.Problem solving skill withnthe help of RCA,PDCA.
