Key Responsibilities

Responsibility:

• Trouble shooting, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of SPM m/c
• (auto stacker m/c), icw ,heat sealing ,alt ,bsm  etc
• Doing root cause ( why why analysis) analysis and manual check to identify  defect /abnormality .

• Maintenance of Compressor (KAESER), Diesel Generator (CUMMINS). Maintenance etc.

• Attending breakdown & preventive maintenance.

• Knowledge & attaining b/d of Hydraulics and Pneumatics

• Preparation for drawing details of all the break down part. 

• Trouble shooting & fault finding in  SPM Machines.

• Worked as TPM -Team member

• Worked on KAIZEN & 5'S
• Machine installation knowledge
• Sap
• 4m Management
• Doing condition –based maintenance to increase the life of equipment & continuous monitoring the equipment
• Following an updating tbm  calendar
• Doing manual inspections of machine & equipment as per the preventive maintenance check sheet on daily & weekly basis .
• Preparing for daily review meeting to discuss the maintenance issue.
• Analyzing the previous histoy of equipment before taking it for pm
• Following the prevent maintenance as per annual plan

Qualification

•BE/Diploma Mechanical
