Key Responsibilities

System Management & ComplianceServe as the primary liaison with certification bodies and regulatory agencies for all IMS audits.Ensure the organization’s processes meet the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.Lead the Management Review Meetings (MRM), presenting data on system performance, audit findings, and resource needs to Top Management.Manage the document control system, ensuring all SOPs, Work Instructions, and Forms are updated and standardized across departments.2. Auditing & Risk ManagementDevelop and execute the Annual Internal Audit Calendar (System, Process, and Product audits).Coordinate Customer Audits and Third-Party Certification audits, ensuring zero major non-conformities (NCs).Facilitate the closure of NCs using robust root cause analysis tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone).Drive Risk-Based Thinking across the organization, maintaining and updating Risk & Opportunity registers for all processes.3. System Improvement & Operational ExcellenceIdentify opportunities for System Improvement to reduce redundancies and enhance process velocity.Drive the implementation of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA) to ensure robust product realization.4. Safety & EnvironmentalEnsure 100% compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).Oversee the Identification of Aspects/Impacts (ISO 14001) and Hazards/Risks (ISO 45001) in manufacturing areas.Promote a "Safety First" culture through training, safety drills, and incident investigation.5. CompetencyLeadership: Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.Analytical: Strong data-driven approach to decision-making.Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for interacting with customers and auditors.Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documentation and process adherence.
