Key Responsibilities

• Expertise in 3D Modelling / 2D detailing (Catia / UG / Solid Works / AutoCad)
• Plastic usage optimization through 3D model & analysis software.
• Knowledge of Lead Acid battery design & development is preferable
• Knowledge of Project Management /APQP & FMEA is desirable
• Existing product debugging activities for warranty reduction through tear‐down analysis
• Supporting to OEMs requirement by way of regular interactions / APQP Documentation
• Creating 3D model library for Automotive components
   Product Benchmarking Exercise
   Cut‐Open analysis & Comparative Material usage analysis 

Qualification

•M Tech/B.Tech (Mech/Electrical Engineering) 

Experience

• 4- 8 years
