Job Title:  Deputy Manager Business Development/Program Management

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire a holistic understanding of key customers’ needs and map customer organization at all levels to get desired insights
  • Drive key account management process/tools to achieve annual growth/margin targets.
  • Identify the right opportunities with the customer account to develop and deliver value-based offers for a win-win outcome.
  • Drive sustained profitable growth in the assigned key account/accounts, aligned with organizational strategy to ensure long-term success.
  • Serve as a primary business contact for the customer and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sector trends using market intelligence and define sector specific market requirements to develop and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Implement sector strategy in close cooperation with BUs
  • Initiate and support internal and external sector relevant communication
  • To ensure accuracy in timely submission of all data for Customer Quote Approval, and Business plan.
  • To ensure timely and satisfactorily resolution of all issues raised by the Customers related to new program development, commercials
  • To give timely feedback to customers on submission of required details relating to new business development
  • Assist in developing and adopt the marketing strategy of BU
  • Develop the sales and marketing literature and associated documents

 

 

Your Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in being responsible handling OEM account for a business unit
  • Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering)
  • Good knowledge of the automotive market is preferred
  • Strong business acumen gained through experience
  • Proven record to be successful in the matrix organization with execution capability

  • Ability to manage large, complex projects or operations
  • Target focused, customer oriented and process oriented with consultative/collaborative approach
  • Strong negotiation, influencing skills
  • Ability to influence and motivate others and build effective teams
  • Strong program management skills in resource, task, and budget planning
  • High level of technical competence, problem solving, and organization and communication skills
  • Understanding of managerial finance as it relates to program and business metrics
  • Understanding of engineering and manufacturing functions within the automotive supplier market segment
  • 10-12 years of experience in handling Automotive OEM customers

•Any Grad/Any BE/Diploma/MBA
