Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly acid filling and charging schedules as per production plan.
- Ensure correct acid concentration, temperature, filling volume, and formation parameters for different battery models.
- Monitor charging cycles to achieve optimal battery performance and minimize rejections.
- Improve productivity through cycle time reduction, line balancing, and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with product quality standards and SOPs during acid filling and charging operations.
- Monitor critical process parameters and take corrective actions for deviations.
- Reduce defects such as undercharging, overheating, acid spillage, and uneven formation.
- Lead, train, and motivate supervisors, technicians, and operators.
- Allocate manpower effectively across shifts to meet production targets.

BE Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
Experience
10-12 Years
Additional Requirement
- Strong knowledge of lead-acid battery manufacturing processes
- Hands-on experience with acid filling systems and battery charging technology
- Proficiency in MS Excel, production MIS, and SAP
