Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the OE business, inquiry generation, presentation to the OE customers as per their requirements, collecting RFQ details.
  • Preparation of business case to the Sr Mgmt with inclusion of market information/ dynamics/ industry trends/ expectations/ company strategy. 
  • Preparation of program wise pricing with inclusion of competition pricing & product, Techno-Commercial proposal, SLT approval, etc
  • Coordinate with the Technical dept. for DR design review, BOM finalization, programme management.   
  • Coordinate with the Finance dept. for costing and profitability levels.
  • Get the drawing and sample approval from the customer for order execution cycle.
  • Ensuring OB (order booking) within targeted timelines.
  • Generate sales and ensure smooth coordination at the customer end by getting all the relevant information as per the customer schedule to start the supply.
  • Capturing of competitor information (Price Invoices, etc) at OEMs
  • Follow up with finance for deductions, Account Reconciliation.

  • Sales planning
  • Business development process and coordination with Group office BD
  • Coordination with all major OEM Strategic Sourcing.
  • Supporting OEM/Institution team in regular execution as and when required.
  • Price revision working for all OEMs including import batteries.
  • Ordering of all the OE import batteries and coordination with GY sales/ TGY Purchase team for tracking of order accordingly. 
  • Regular updates/ presentation on sales, new development, product/programme profitability, budget and future strategy is prepared through presentations. 

Qualification

•BE Mechanical/Electrical+MBA

•8-12 Yrs
