Deputy Manager-PM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NPD projects from concept initiation to SOP &  Project Ownership
• Ensure adherence to defined project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Drive the gateway review process and related governance activities.
• Customer & OEM Interaction
• Work directly with OEM customers, translating requirements into deliverables.
• Act as the main contact for all project-related communication with OEMs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure project compliance with ISO, IATF, and APQP standards.
• Support PPAP submissions and customer-specific quality deliverables.
• Manage market field failure experiences and implement corrective actions.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchase, and supply chain teams.
• Conduct regular reviews to track progress and resolve roadblocks.
• Report project status, risks, and mitigation plans to management.
• Cost, Quality, Delivery
• Track and control project costs, ensuring profitability.
• Drive achievement of project quality standards.
• Ensure on-time delivery of prototypes, samples, and SOP readiness.

BE/Diploma (4-6 Years)
