Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-BU digital portfolios including MES, IIoT, EMS, Vision Analytics, Digital Quality, Safety, and Sustainability
- Implementation of digital initiatives across TACO BUs
- Ensure alignment with Group Digital architecture and reference solutions
- Track adoption, benefits realization, and execution risks
- Drive Agile / SCRUM execution, managing multiple workstreams and enabling cross‑functional collaboration
- Act as trusted digital advisor to BU Heads and Plant Leadership
- Drive digital maturity progression across assigned clusters
- Lead prioritization and decision-making for digital initiatives
- Lead change management and adoption governance
- Lead engagement with system integrators, OEMs, and digital solution vendors
- Govern vendor deliverables, SLAs, commercials, and escalations
- Ensure adherence to approved IT/OT architecture, cybersecurity, and standards
- Drive governance cadence including monthly reviews and steering committees
- Maintain leadership dashboards, MIS, and execution metrics
Qualification
- BE / BTech in Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering
Experience
Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in MES implementation or manufacturing digitalization
- Hands-on experience with at least one MES platform (Siemens Opcenter, Apriso, FactoryTalk, Ignition, or equivalent)
- Experience in PLC/SCADA and MES–ERP (SAP preferred) integration
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and ISA-95 concepts
- Understanding of IT – OT Network segmentations, AWS Cloud basics
