Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-BU digital portfolios including MES, IIoT, EMS, Vision Analytics, Digital Quality, Safety, and Sustainability
  • Implementation of digital initiatives across TACO BUs
  • Ensure alignment with Group Digital architecture and reference solutions
  • Track adoption, benefits realization, and execution risks
  • Drive Agile / SCRUM execution, managing multiple workstreams and enabling cross‑functional collaboration
  • Act as trusted digital advisor to BU Heads and Plant Leadership
  • Drive digital maturity progression across assigned clusters
  • Lead prioritization and decision-making for digital initiatives
  • Lead change management and adoption governance
  • Lead engagement with system integrators, OEMs, and digital solution vendors
  • Govern vendor deliverables, SLAs, commercials, and escalations
  • Ensure adherence to approved IT/OT architecture, cybersecurity, and standards
  • Drive governance cadence including monthly reviews and steering committees
  • Maintain leadership dashboards, MIS, and execution metrics

Qualification

  • BE / BTech in Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering

Experience

Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in MES implementation or manufacturing digitalization
  • Hands-on experience with at least one MES platform (Siemens Opcenter, Apriso, FactoryTalk, Ignition, or equivalent)
  • Experience in PLC/SCADA and MES–ERP (SAP preferred) integration
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and ISA-95 concepts
  • Understanding of IT – OT Network segmentations, AWS Cloud basics
