Key Responsibilities

1. Utility Systems Operations
Oversee and manage the following utility systems critical to battery manufacturing:
  • Compressed Air Systems
  • Industrial Chillers / Cooling Towers
  • Steam Boilers / Hot Water Generators
  • Water Treatment Systems:
  • DM/RO Plants
  • Soft Water Systems
  • Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) / Sewage Treatment Plant (STP):
  • wastewater treatment and neutralization
  • Power Distribution System:
  • HT/LT Panels, Transformers, DG Sets, UPS for sensitive loads (formation chargers)
  • Exhaust & Ventilation Systems:
  • Acid fume extraction, mist eliminators, and scrubbers for pollution control
  • ETP & STP Plants and Systems:
  • Through knowledge of operation & Maintenance of ETP&STP plants, also Zero liquid Discharge (ZLD)

Qualification

•BE/Btech Mechanical/Electrical with 3-5 years of exp

•3-5 Yrs

Preferred candidate profile-
 
  • 2-5 years of experience in utility maintenance or operations in an automobile industry
  • BE/Diploma in relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering) or B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized university.
  • Strong understanding of electrical principles, electronics, telecommunication concepts, and mechanical mechanics.
