Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end production planning and materials management processes.

Ensure timely procurement and material availability based on production forecasts and customer schedules.

Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
-
Coordinate with suppliers, external agencies, and internal stakeholders for seamless execution.
-
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, excise, taxation, and internal governance processes.
-
Review and analyze costing, budgeting impacts, and resource utilization efficiency.
-
Ensure accurate data management and system transactions in SAP (PP/MM modules).
-
Evaluate production lead times, capacity constraints, and risk factors impacting delivery execution.
-
Prepare periodic MIS reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
-
Lead cross-functional coordination and support continuous improvement in planning systems and processes.
-
Manage and develop team capability, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and timelines.
