Job Description

Job Name- Line Leader/Supervisor
Experience- 4-6Years

Qualification-BE Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical/Electronics
Job Location- Ranjangaon MIDC

Roles & Responsibilities-

Lead and manage a team of production workers, including supervisors and technicians.
Collect and analyze production data to track performance metrics, such as output, efficiency and
quality.
Prepare regular reports on production performance and share insights with management.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance overall
production efficiency
Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize resource
utilization.
Schedule preventive maintenance activities and coordinate with maintenance teams.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to avoid stockouts and
excess inventory.
Identify opportunities to improve production processes and implement innovative solutions
to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Creates interactive dashboards to visualize data and facilitate decision-making.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve production goals and maintain high levels of
productivity.
Optimized daily operations by implementing a DWM system.
Developed and implemented a new MIS system to track key performance indicators and
identify areas for improvement.
