Key Responsibilities

  1. To Carry Preventive Maintenance, Predictive  Maintenance Activities on SPM,Casting Machines,Ball Mill, Conveyors, Ovens,Curing Chaimbers,Expander Line, Strip Caster etc.
  2. To Upkeep Machine condition by Supervisory Check.
  3. To carry PLC programme,fault recticfication of Mitsubishi, Siemens PLC.
  4. Energy Efficiency project implementation 
  5. Carry out  Pokayoke & Kaizen implementation in daily production process
  6. Cost Saving by Spare life optimization, improvements, 
  7. Safety adherence to BSC  & zero incident.
  8. Adherence to ISO 9001, TS16949, ISO45000 system
  9. Strong knowledge of TPM & ability to lead team.

Qualification

•Diploma in Electrical Enineering
