About Us
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Design: Lead Discovery Workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and map existing HR processes to standard SuccessFactors best practices.
System Configuration: Configure and customize core SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, or LMS) per business blueprints
Testing & Deployment: Coordinate testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT) and execute data migration activities ensuring Go-Live readiness
Incident Management: Handle Service Level Agreement (SLA) driven production support tickets, troubleshooting day-to-day issues within the SuccessFactors environment.
System Enhancements: Create custom MDF objects, picklists, and workflows, story reports and handle change requests.
Documentation & Training: Prepare and update configuration workbooks, functional specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Qualification
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
Experience
Domain Experience: Minimum 4-5 Years
Project Experience: Must have hands-on experience in at least 1-2 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
Must have hands-on experience in at least 1 SAP SuccessFactors application support/maintenance project.
Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of HCM HR business processes and data models. Proficiency in modules like Employee Central (EC) and RCM.
Technical Skills: Experience with Business Rules, workflow configurations, XML/CSV data loading, and Integration Center/CPI.
Additional Requirement
Valid SAP SuccessFactors Certification in the relevant module(s).
Competencies
