Founded in 2005, the company focuses on environmentally friendly, 90% recyclable lead-acid batteries for various vehicles, including two-wheelers, cars, and commercial vehicles.
Key Responsibilities

| Manage day-to-day tool room operations supporting battery manufacturing processes | |
| Plan, develop, maintain, and control tooling, fixtures, jigs, dies, and special equipment | |
| Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration of all tools | |
| Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to meet production targets | |
| Lead troubleshooting and quick turnaround for tool failures | |
| Optimize tooling lifecycle, cost, and efficiency | |
| Lead team in inhouse development of tools | |
| Supervise tool makers and guide them for precision tools | |
| Prepartion of MIS and ensuring the defined targets | |
| Maintain documentation, tool inventory, and asset tracking | |
| Implement safety, 5S, and continuous improvement practices | |
| Support new product/tool development and process upgrades | |
| Vendor coordination for tool development and repairs | |
| Train and supervise tool room technicians |
Qualification
•BE/Btech
•10 years
| Required Skills & Competencies | |
| Strong knowledge of tool room machining, fabrication, and maintenance | |
| Experience with battery manufacturing tooling preferred | |
| Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications | |
| Hands-on troubleshooting skills | |
| Leadership and team management capability | |
| Cost control and planning skills | |
| Good communication and coordination abilities |
