Key Responsibilities

"1 Conduct structural simulations using FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, HyperMesh);
2. Analyze mechanical components for strength, fatigue, vibration, and thermal performance;
3.Support design optimization through iterative simulation and validation;
4. Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability and performance;
5. Validate CAE results with physical testing and correlate data;
6. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for design reviews;
7. Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer specifications;
8. Participate in DFMEA and design validation planning;
9. Support material selection and lightweighting initiatives;
10. Interface with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, testing, and quality;"

Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Aerospace Engineering.

Work Experience- 4-6 Years
