About Us
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop transmission systems including gearboxes, clutches, and driveline components.
- Perform gear system modeling, load analysis, and NVH simulations using Romax Designer .
- Support prototype builds, testing, and vehicle-level integration.
- Prepare and maintain DVP&R, DFMEA, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, testing, and supplier quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve transmission-related issues during development and production.
Qualification
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in transmission or powertrain development.
- Mandatory proficiency in Romax software for gear design and analysis.
- Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA, Creo) and simulation tools (AVL Cruise, MATLAB).
- Understanding of gear geometry, lubrication, and NVH fundamentals.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with EV or hybrid transmission systems.
- Knowledge of transmission calibration and control systems.
- Exposure to Six Sigma, DFMEA, and APQP processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
