Key Responsibilities

• Operate and control heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, cranes, pavers, rollers, and pile drivers for construction projects.
• Perform excavation, grading, and material handling tasks, including moving earth, sand, gravel, and asphalt.
• Manage stationary systems like HVAC, power generators, elevators, escalators, and plumbing infrastructure in large facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, lubrication, and minor adjustments on machinery and systems 
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and thermal issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Interpret site plans, grade stakes, and technical diagrams to execute precise construction or facility operations 
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.
• Coordinate with other team members, including construction crews, maintenance staff, and facility managers, to meet project or operational goals.
