  2. OEE Calculation on daiy basis & acheve Target as per the plan (AXPXQ)
  3. Ensuring SAP Booking of Final Produced batteries In SAP daily Basis
  4. Ensuring & Verify the Poka-Yoke Updation in Daily basis of 4W Line
  5. Verify JH sheet of CTQ M/c.
  6. Verify Scrap Movement in Daily basis from the Shop Floor without fail
  7. Ensuring and Fullfill the Kaizen Target of Deptt
  8. 4W Assy. DWM updation Daily Basis.
  9. 4W Assy. MIS updation monthly & Daily as per the DWM KPI's 
  10. Ensuring the M/C. & Assy Line B/d. entry in SAP in Daily basis as per the actual without any failure
  11. CTQ Manpower Maping as per & QPH improvement Activity.
  12. Ensuring The Attendance Record of all Operators Including Contract Manpower
  13. Daily rejection Monitoring & Take Action Plan accordingly through CAPA

Qualification

•B.E / B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical
