Proto Development Engineer

• Commercial vehicles understanding & usages i.e. Truck, Tipper & Tractor.
• Knowledge of Periodic vehicle inspections and fasteners Torqueing. 
• Understanding and hands on experience in assemble & disassemble of suspension systems.
• Engineering Drawing reading & understanding.
• New Proto parts development understanding through proto route.
• Knowledge of machining i.e. Different Lathe, Milling & Drilling machine operations.
• Understanding of Welding process i.e. Arc, MIG, TIG & Organ welding operations.
• Knowledge of Jig & fixture development.
• Parts Inspection understanding and report preparation.
• Technical Report preparation.

Qualification

BE Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or Diploma In Mechanical Engineering

Experience

2 to 5 Years as Proto Development for Suspension / Automotive Vehicle components.

Additional Requirement

• Good communication skill.
• Knowledge of MS-Office.
• Willing to work anywhere in India.
• Willing to travel at customer sites.
• Experienced and well versed in customer facing and various review meeting.
