Key Responsibilities
He should have experience of Design & development of Li Ion pack design and cell balancing/validations ; he should be well versed with Pack designing and BOM creation
The candidate should be able to do following
1) Design comprehensive lithium-ion battery & battery pack design, charger & UPS
2) Develop and testing projects for diverse clients, delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
3) Managed the development process from concept to implementation ;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate new battery models (Li-Ion/ Solid State battery) and refine existing ones.
4) Implement engineering changes on products and drawings as per customer requirements, ensuring precision and client satisfaction
5) Develop and maintain a detailed engineering change request (ECR) log, enhancing traceability and documentation
6) Conduct feasibility studies for proposed designs, ensuring practical and efficient solutions.
7) Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to product development, ensuring accuracy and compliance
8) Ensured compliance with environmental regulations related to multiple battery chemistries (Lead-acid, lithium-ion,Na-Solid state battery)
9).Testing of prototypes and standard products;documenting results in detailed reports

• BE(Electrical & Electronics)
Experience
• Minimum 4 years of experince
- CAD tools-Auto Cad, Altium , E CAD
Additional Requirement
Should have good presentation skill
