Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Conduct blueprinting/discovery workshops with global HR stakeholders.
- System Design & Configuration: Translate business requirements into technical system configurations, including data models, picklists, MDF objects, and Business Rules.
- Data Migration & Integration: Oversee the migration of HR master data and integrate SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA(RISE Platform), or third-party downstream systems using SAP CPI/Integration Center.
- Testing & Training: Manage Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and prepare configuration workbooks and end-user training materials.
- Go-Live Execution: Manage deployment activities, data cutover, and post-go-live hypercare support
- Incident Management: Handle tickets (L1/L2/L3) based on priority SLAs, ensuring timely troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for system defects
- System Optimization: Proactively propose enhancements, configure new features from SAP’s quarterly releases, and manage complex workflows and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- User Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for resolving user access and master data errors
Qualification
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources.
Experience
- Typically 4 to 10+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors, preferably with multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Core Module Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge in SAP HCM (PA/OM, Time, Payroll) alongside cloud certifications in SuccessFactors (Employee Central / RCM).
Additional Requirement
Certifications: Active SAP Certified Application Professional in relevant SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, RCM).
