Key Responsibilities

A. Customer Service & Complaint Handling
- Manage customer complaints related to battery performance, warranty claims, and service issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of complaints within defined TAT.
- Monitor complaint trends and implement preventive actions.
B. Warranty & Service Operations
- Oversee warranty claim processing, validation, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with company warranty policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with field service teams and distributors for resolution.
C. Service Network Management
- Manage and strengthen service dealer/distributor network.
- Monitor service quality across regions.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of service partners.
D. Customer Experience & Satisfaction
- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze customer feedback, NPS, and complaint data.
- Implement customer-centric improvements in service delivery.
- Manage and strengthen service dealer/distributor network.
- Monitor service quality across regions.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of service partners.
D. Customer Experience & Satisfaction
- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze customer feedback, NPS, and complaint data.
- Implement customer-centric improvements in service delivery.
